Can I cancel a booking?  Yes.  This must be done 2 hours prior to the booked slot to receive a refund.

How do I open the lock? A code is sent via email or SMS when a booking is made. Put in the 9 digit code followed by the lock icon, bottom right, pull up the shackle.

How do I close the lock? Replace the shackle, after putting it on chain, close the lock.

What if rain prevents play, can I get a refund? Yes, if you send an email to newcastlehilltennisclub@gmail on the day stating why you are requesting a refund within the 2 hour time frame,eg what time did the weather event happen.

How far in advance can a booking be made?  Bookings can be made 2 weeks in advance.
