How to book

Anyone playing at the Hill must agree to our Terms of Hire.

Members and the general public can book a court. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Click on an available timeslot.  Book for daylight play only as the courts are not lit.

Casual court hire is $15hr. Pay by credit/debit card only.

Court hire for members is free. Become a member.

Members must play at the booked time when a booking is made in their name. 

Cancellation and refunds

A public booking (casual hire) must be cancelled 1 hour before to receive a refund.

If you can't play because of an immediate weather event, contact us that day to request a refund. Email newcastlehilltennisclub@gmail.com and provide the date and time of your booking and the reason for your request.

Accessing the courts

There are 2 gates with padlocks. A code to open the padlock for your gate is sent via email or SMS when you make a booking. The code will only work for the correct gate.

The correct gate for courts 1 and 2 is the gate closest to the club house. The correct gate for courts 3,4 and 5 is the top gate closest to Wolf Street.

On the padlock, put in the 9 digit code followed by the lock icon - bottom right - and pull up the shackle.

If you are last to leave through your gate, put the chain on the shackle and close the lock. Do not lock others in.
