Membership fees for the 2026 Season are listed below.
Membership fees cover the following:
- Tennis SA affiliation fees
- GDTA/WDTA/SDTA/Tennis SA registration
- Competition balls
- Maintenance of courts and facilities
- Council lease and utilities
- Junior team training
- End of Summer season events and trophies
Sports Vouchers

Memberships
Junior Green Ball Winter Comp 2026

A junior team-based competition (typically ages 9-12) for players progressing from orange ball
Played on a full-size court using low-compression green balls (around 75% compression), which are slightly slower than standard balls
Eligibility: Membership includes club uniform shirt.
Junior Orange Ball Membership Winter 2026
20/03/2026- 31/08/2026
A modified team-based competition for children (typically 7-10 years old) transitioning into real matches
Played on a smaller court (¾ size) using low-compression orange balls (50% slower) to make rallies easier
Junior Yellow Ball Winter Comp 2026
20/03/2026- 31/08/2026
A team-based competition for more experienced juniors (typically 11+ years)
Played on a full-size court with standard yellow tennis balls (no modifications)
Features traditional match formats, usually including singles and doubles rubbers
Eligibility: This membership includes club shirt.
Marion Tennis Club Uniform

Marion Tennis Club Uniform Polo in Junior sizes and senior sizes.
Senior Winter Comp 2026
20/03/2026- 31/08/2026
A team-based competition played on a weekly basis (typically Saturdays)
Matches are held on full-size courts with standard yellow balls
Formats usually include a mix of singles and doubles rubbers, depending on grade
Eligibility: All competitive players must: o Activate a Competitive Player Profile o Link their Tennis ID with their Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) o This is required for team grading
Social Tennis Membership

Social Tennis Membership at Marion Tennis Club provides members with full access to club facilities during designated social competition days. Membership includes use of tennis balls during social play & access to the clubhouse amenities.
Eligibility: Members may also access the courts for casual play on days when competitions are not scheduled. Non-members attending with a social member are welcome to play but must pay a $10 visitor fee.
Social Tennis Per Week

Social Tennis attendance per week payment of $10 for either the Wednesday Night session or the Sunday morning session.
