We Love Volunteers!

Most community sporting clubs would not be able to run without volunteers who fill many crucial roles. At MTC, we value all of our volunteers enormously - they are the lifeblood of our club, and we are grateful for their commitment and work in making us a successful club, on and off the court.

We are always happy to welcome new volunteers at Marion Tennis Club. Volunteering is a very rewarding way to get involved in our great club!

Why volunteer? It has been proven to be terrific for improved mental health - it brings you increased life satisfaction, helps stop loneliness, gives you a sense of belonging, and you are very needed. PLUS: it won't cost you anything, and your commitment to voluntary work looks great on your resume. 

All committee positions are made available at our AGM, which is typically held every August. Any commitment to a committee position is expected to be honoured for a minimum of 12 months, up to 2 years.
