TENNIS HOT SHOTS

Ages: 3-10+ years

Level: Beginner

Hot Shots Tennis is a fun way for children between the ages of 3-10+ to play and learn tennis. Each stage provides the right equipment and court size to play tennis at their ability and interest.

Matchplay sessions are offered as supplementary lessons to the child's technical lesson at the orange and green ball stage. Please see our Squad Program page for more information.

YELLOW BALL GROUP LESSONS

Ages: After successful completion of the hot shots levels (typically 11+ years old)

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

After successful completion of our hot shots program, children will progress to using a normal tennis ball (yellow ball) on a full-size court. These lessons are groups of 4-6 players with one coach with a range of tennis drills, point play and technique to further their tennis skills.
