Our Commitment to Child Safety.

The Heatherdale Tennis Club is ommitted to the safety and wellbeing of children of all ages at the club.  In support of Tennis Australia's Safeguarding Children Code of Conduct, our aim is to provide an environment which is welcoming, safe and provides an enjoyable tennis experience.  We are committed to protecting children whilst they are at the club.

The Club has a zero-tolerance approach to child harm, abuse and / or neglect in any form and will work towards their protection and making them feel safe.  There may be instances which mandated reporting is required to either the tennis governing body and / or state authorities.  

It is important that all participants at the Club including parents, our volunteers and committee members recognise this is a shared commitment and obligation in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
