Payment
•    All permanent and casual bookings are to be paid online
•    Credit card payments are processed by global payments company Stripe. Your use of the Stripe platform is subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and its privacy policy.
•    If you wish to extend your booking, please do so online. Additional time after your booking must be paid for.

Cancellations and refunds
•    If you cancel your booking at least one hour before your start time, you will receive an automatic refund. Please give as much notice as possible so another player is able to book that timeslot.
•    You will not receive a refund if you cancel within one hour of your start time or if you do not show up for your booking.

Note that refunds will not include the transaction fee we are charged by the online payment platform.
