Cancelling bookings

Permanent hirers:
How do I cancel one of my permanent booking timeslots?
1.    Log in to tennishamilton.au
2.    Go into the ‘Book a Court’ page
3.    Use the calendar icon to select the date of the booking you wish to cancel (skip this step if you are cancelling your booking for that day)
4.    Click on your booking on the booking calendar for that day
5.    Click 'Cancel Booking' in the pop up 
6.    Check that the details are correct in the 'Cancel Booking' screen
7.    Click 'Cancel Booking'
***Ensure that you only cancel the day you cannot play, not the whole permanent booking

How do I permanently cancel my permanent booking?

4.    Select ‘Cancel’ in the far-right column
5.    Cancel your booking as per the instructions

Half Hour Bookings

Half hour bookings can not be made without the assistance assistance of the booking officer. Feel free to phone for assistance if you want to play for only half an hour.
