MEMBERSHIP REPORT – JILL STEELE

Membership numbers increased to approximately 500 for the financial year 2022/23.

The Committee made the decision to allow more members, taking into consideration the high number of Family memberships which include young children who would usually only play with their parents. Also, the online Booking system allows the club to see the demand for courts and so decide whether more members can be allowed without compromising the situation for current members.

The Waiting List continues to swell and with very few members not renewing the wait time is about three years, depending on how many on the waitlist have in the interim moved house or joined elsewhere.
