🎾 Winter Evening Doubles Competition

Winter Evening Tennis Doubles Competition. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy some mid-week social competition under the lights.

The Details

• When: Tuesday evenings, starting April 28th (for 8 weeks).
• Time: 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM (scheduled start times).
• Where: Under the lights at our synthetic courts 15 & 16.
• Capacity: Will be limited to enable proper time management of the courts available —  register early!

Entry Fees & Team Structure

• Cost: $120 per player ($240 per pair), required at enrolment.
• The "Trio" Option: You are welcome to enrol as a team of three to help manage availability. Simply enrol and pay for two players, then advise us of your third player in the notes section or via email. You can settle the fee split amongst yourselves!
• Tennis ID: All players must have a valid Tennis ID number to enrol.
• Membership: This competition is offered to current club members.
• Fill-ins: Non-Member fill-ins can play a maximum of two sessions, then must become affiliated with the club (details provided on enquiry) 

Social Highlights

Tennis is as much about the community as it is the sport. On selected nights throughout the competition, we will be hosting casual social functions with food served during set changeovers. It’s a great way to warm up and catch up with fellow members.

How to Enter

Nominations close on Tuesday, April 21st. To secure your spot, please complete your enrolment via our booking portal. You will need to sign in to Match Centre and select Echuca TC Winter Competition Term 2, under ‘Competitions’ on the  right.

Note on Availability: As this is a scheduled competition, all players are responsible for finding their own replacement if they are unable to make a session.

Selection & Refunds

Because capacity is limited, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If the competition is oversubscribed and we are unable to accommodate your entry, you will receive a full refund via Stripe at no cost to you.

Final draws and detailed competition schedules will be emailed to all participants shortly after nominations close.
