East Camberwell Tennis Club

The East Camberwell Tennis Club (ABN 36 078 762 853) was founded in 1920. It has been facilitating and supporting social and competitive tennis for its members and for the surrounding Boroondara community for over 100 years.

Situated in attractive parklands on Riversdale Road, East Camberwell Tennis Club has eight floodlit courts: six spacious en-tout-cas courts and two Mod Grass courts. It has a delightful clubhouse with a covered outdoor deck. A BBQ is available to members, and a playground is located right next door to us in the park.

The Club offers a broad range of social and competition play.

On weekends, the Club competes in a number of different competitions for all levels and age groups. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the Club has many junior teams competing in the Eastern Region Tennis (ERT) association, with excellent coaching also provided on Saturday mornings (and Monday to Friday afternoons). On Saturday and Sunday afternoons various senior teams play in the ERT competition. And Victorian Pennant is played throughout the winter months on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

The Club also fields many teams in the Blackburn & District Night Tennis Association competition Monday through to Thursday evenings.
