Our Club President was presented with the Adrian Mannix award for Community Service by Lisa Neville MP.  

Colin Harding, President of the Bellarine Rotary Club, said the Club was making a great contribution to the health and wellbeing of our community by offering a range of tennis activities to players of all ages and abilities. He noted the numerous improvements the Club had made to its facilities and commended the Club on it's actions to reduce its carbon footprint. 

Paul accepted the award on behalf of all the committee members, organisers and team captains who work with entusiasm to ensure we have a thriving Club. 

Members of the Mannix family were present and Paul noted that Adrian had officially opened the Club at its current site 30 years ago. It had proven to be an excellent venue for tennis.

This was one of Lisa's last duties before retiring from politics. Paul thanked her for the work she had done in numerous ministries and for her support of community activities in  the Bellarine electorate.
