Who is cardio tennis for?
Everybody! Our cardio tennis sessions are open to all ages and abilities. Bookings required.
How long does a session last?
About 60 minutes, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Do I need to be a good tennis player?
No, it doesn't matter if you have never played tennis before. Beginners and experienced players will all have a great time.
What equipment do I need?
Your workout gear, runners, and drink. You can borrow a racquet if you don't have one.
How much exercise will I get?
In a 60 minute session you can clock up 4,500 - 6,000 steps... maybe more!
How much fun is it?
Book in for a session and find out (it's heaps of fun)!

How muchdoes it cost?
Casual bookings are just $15 per session, or $12 for members
Do I need to be a member?
No, cardio tennis is open to the whole community, but you get a discount if you are a member.
