As a club affiliated with Tennis Australia, the club is comitted to the Safeguarding Children Code of Conduct as published on the Tennis Australia website.

The Safeguarding Children Code applies to all club administrators, members, life members players, spectators and any attendee at the facility for tennis related purposes

The policy requires the club to provide a Member Protection Officer (MPIO). The appointment is made annually as part of the club AGM. The club president will fulfil the role of MPIO In the absence of a willing volunteer.
