Cardio Tennis is a fitness program focused on increasing the awareness and understanding of students’ health and physical activity in a modified environment. This fun, flexible and high-energy workout is delivered to music with the use of pedometers for student motivation.
The socially based program is a great way to increase student knowledge, skills and understandings about health and physical activity. Emphasising individual improvement and goal setting through learning, this can have a positive impact on leading an active and healthy life.
The Cardio Tennis program is inclusive, engaging all students no matter what their standard. It’s suitable for all ages, easy to run and helps students to explore and develop movement patterns, coordination, game strategies, leadership and communication skills.
BEGINNER TO ADVANCE GROUP COACHING
If you're looking to learn the game in a funbased group format that is both incredibly sociable and affordable then why not sign up for one of our 'Adult Groups'?
If you're a beginner you'll learn how to hit a forehand, backhand, volley, smash and serve correctly with the ultimate goal of teaching you how to enjoy a game of singles or doubles.
You might already have been playing the sport for many years and fancy taking your game to the next level again and our more intermediate and advance groups focus more on using correct technique to achieve excellent tactical objectives again built around improving your singles or doubles game. If you want to hit the ball harder or move your opponent around the court more or maybe compete better against your best friend or family member etc then our professional coaching team have all of the answers.
