2023/2024 MEMBERSHIP FEE STRUCTURE

All available new memberships are for 12 months from the date of purchase and renewals are from the completion of your previous membership. If you are new member, your membership will be submitted for approval at the next committee meeting. If it is not approved your membership fee will be refunded.

Box Hill Tennis Club  membership benefits: 

• Enjoy social tennis with family and friends. 
• Have fun playing tennis competition. 
• Access to BHTC court booking system to ensure guaranteed court availability. 
• Members must use the BHTC court booking system generated code to access allocated tennis court and enjoy tennis. Please note that this the only way you can gain access to the tennis courts.

ADULT MEMBERSHIP – $195
This is the most comprehensive category where the member is able to play socially with friends and family as well as competitively from Pennant to Night Tennis. 

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP – $150
Junior membership is applicable to members 18 years and under. This includes ball and entry fees for the ERT summer and winter season.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP – $125
Student membership is applicable to full-time students between 18 and 25 years of age.  Presentation of Student Card required. To join as a student member, please fill in the 2023/2024 Membership Form and submit this by email with a copy of your current Student Card. When your membership is approved, you will then be sent an invite link.

PENNANT MEMBERSHIP – $55

One off payment for membership during pennant season ONLY.  Only allows participation in the pennant training and competition. To join as a pennant member, please fill in the 2023/2024 Membership Form and submit this be email.  When your membership is approved, you will then be sent an invite link.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP – $480

Family membership applies to the following possible combinations of members all residing at the same address:

•  three adults, 
• two adults and two or more junior/student members,
• one adult and three or more junior/student members.

When your membership has been confirmed, you are entitled to the code to the courts if you are over 16 years of age. To arrange access to the code, please email boxhilltennisclub@gmail.com

As a registered member of the Box Hill Tennis Club, you are also a member of Tennis Victoria.
