Summer Tennis Begins Nov 6

Our Summer Season is starting Wednesday Nov 6 with the return of our Twilight Tennis. A Fast Four Format, each Wednesday evening play will commence at 6pm with 3 rounds of fast four. Players are shuffled after each round.

No need to pre-register or commit to every week. Just come the nights you can play and our organisers will get you on a court. Find more details here.

Who Are We?

Alcheringa Tennis Club is a proud, family friendly club located on the banks of the mighty Murray River. Established in 1976, the club has a long history playing tennis in the area and is the only club situated in the growing townships of Gol Gol and Buronga.

Over the years, our facilities have grown from private courts in Monak and Trentham Cliffs, to two asphalt courts and currently eight synthetic turf courts, four of which are under lights.

The club is a consistently competitive part of the Sunraysia District Tennis Association's Winter Competition and also runs its own social comp over the summer months. We pride ourselves on our welcoming and social nature, hosting various club events throughout the year and fostering our strong sense of community.

We are always welcoming new members and encourage anyone who enjoys tennis or would like to learn to join our club, both junior and senior players.
