- 2 synthetic grass courts

Casual hire rates are $15.00 per hour. The use of the lights on court one is an additional $3.00 per hour, making a total of $18.00 per hour. Please note that the court lights are not of competition standard, but are quite adequate for social tennis.
Book a Court
The courts are available for hire by members of the public except when church services are being held on Sunday mornings and certain other times (e.g. Good Friday and Christmas Day), and when the courts are being used for club social tennis (but you are welcome to join us then).
The tennis club and the church reserve the right to make the courts unavailable at other times, and to cancel any booking made. Such occurrences are very rare (we cannot recall an instance), and a refund of the booking fee will be provided. Every effort will be made to provide maximum possible notice to hirers in such cases.
The club has implemented the Book a Court online booking system used by Tennis Australia. This can be accessed through the Booking tab above.
Intending hirers who do not have internet access are encouraged to contact the church office (phone 6295 3680 or call in at 20-22 National Circuit) during church office hours (normally 10 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday) to make arrangements to book and pay for a court.
During the booking process you will be able to nominate a time to play, and pay by credit card online. You will then receive a PIN that will allow you to enter the courts from 10 minutes before the time you have booked. You enter this 4-digit number on the electronic keypad at the gate to gain access to the courts.
The keypads on the toilet doors are not part of the Book a Court system, as they may be used by other users of the church property, and the codes for them are changed regularly. The current code is written in a small key-safe on the gate frame inside the court. The code for the key-safe will be advised at the time of booking. (Hint: Try the postcode)
Emergency Contacts in the event of an urgent issue relating to a booking, access to the courts or similar.
Rules for use of the Courts
Footwear on the courts must be flat-soled tennis shoes.
Courts used are to be swept lengthwise with the flat, black, plastic bagger at the completion of each court booking.
Ensure that the toilet doors are closed and locked prior to leaving.
If lights are used for Court One, they must be turned off manually by the end of the booking using the left-hand switch in the switchbox attached to the wire fencing around the court (the other two switches do nothing).
Courts are not to be used in wet weather as this could damage the courts and/or risk injury to players. A refund of the booking fee will be provided in such cases. Please advise by email to email@example.com if this affects a booking you have made.
