Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The Program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.  Mentally and physically you will become stronger and grow more confident in your tennis playing.

Each session runs for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the session and is suitable for everyone. Whether you are just starting, or have been playing tennis for years, our coaches will cater for you and your friends. Click on the image below to watch more about Cardio Tennis.

A five week program for the juniors.  Participants are placed into teams -  if possible with friends, and play against other teams in a very nuturing friendly way.  Players are supported and practise their skills in a team environment appropriate to their level.  No experience or racquet required.
