Applications Open 19th May 2025

An Initiative of

This program is jointly funded by the Queensland Government Active Woman’s grant, the Federal Government funded Tennis Australia - Ready to Rally program and the Redlynch Valley Tennis Club. The program will use tennis as the vehicle to educate young women (aged 13-16yrs) about living a healthy lifestyle, the skills required to be leaders and highlight the benefits of being a part of a community and how it contributes towards their mental health and wellbeing.

The program will include Tennis Coaching, Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition education and leadership activities to achieve our mission - as outlined in our handbook.

The timetable, detailed in the handbook, is an 8 week block commencing in Term 3 on 21st July and is held each Monday and Tuesday afternoon.  (Plese note there is a small amendment to the Monday sessions and the introduction has moved from 14th July to 21st July and this means that Monday sessions will conclude one week later than stated in the handbook.) We shall also endeavour to make up any rain delayed tennis sessions.
