You may cancel your booking on the online booking system. Non-member cancellations made at least 6 hours before your booking start time will receive a refund to the card provided at the time of booking. In the case of cancellations made within 6 hours of your booking start time the system will not refund your fee. In this instance, for cancellations due to bad weather (i.e. storms, heavy rain or heatwave) or other genuine reason outside of your control, please email refund@northparktennis.org no later than the date of the cancelled booking. The Committee will consider your claim and if valid will organise a refund of your court hire fee.
