Squad Training Options:
No Limits Girls Squad (Capped at 6 players)
- Tennis Australia Girls 'No Limits' Squad is designed specifically for girls aged 8 and over, and is part of Tennis Australia’s national initiative to keep more girls in sport by creating a fun, inclusive, and empowering tennis environment.
- Led by female coaches, the squad focuses on skill development, teamwork, confidence-building, and fostering a strong sense of community among young female players.
- This is more than just tennis – it's a safe space for girls to thrive, connect, and enjoy the game on their own terms.
- 2x a week commitment (Tuesday/Thursday)
- UTR 1.5+
Junior Developement Squad: (Capped)
For players 10+ who are more advanced and goal orientated - our Afternoon Junior Development Program offers a high-quality training environment that drives meaningful progress in both tennis performance and overall athletic development. Designed with flexibility in mind, this program ensures young athletes continue to build skills, strength, and game intelligence through targeted sessions that deliver fun, energy and is delivered through learn through play, game based approaches.
- Ideal for UTR 3+
- 2x a week committment (Monday-Thursday)
- Must be competing in JDS events and or Friday/Saturday Club Tennis Competition.

Hot Shots Tennis is a fun way for children between the ages of 3-10+ to Play and Learn tennis. Each Stage provides the right equipment and court size to play tennis at their ability and interest.
Run by our Tennis Australia qualified coaches, you can be sure your child is gaining confidence and sports skills while making new friends
Blue Stage - Age 3 - 5+
Exploring the building blocks of movement

Introducing and developing tennis specific skills, basic strategies and the rally
