COACHING SERVICES

Q: What age groups do you coach?
A: We coach players of all ages — from young beginners (4+ years) to adults, competitive juniors, and returning social players.

Q: Do you offer private and group lessons?
A: Yes! We offer private lessons, semi-private, and group classes, depending on your preference and goals.

Q: I’ve never played tennis before. Can I still join?
A: Absolutely! We welcome beginners and tailor our sessions to each player’s ability and confidence level.

Q: How do I book a lesson?

Q: What should I bring to my first lesson?
A: Bring a racquet (if you have one), a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing, and a great attitude! If you don’t yet have a racquet, we can provide one to get you started.


STRINGING SERVICES

Q: Do you offer racquet restringing?
A: Yes! We provide professional stringing services for all racquet types — with a fast turnaround and expert tension setup based on your playing style.

Q: How much does restringing cost?
A: Prices vary based on the string type and service requested. Note that our prices are designed to be both affordable and competitive, with options to suit both casual players and high-performance athletes.

Q: How long does restringing take?
A: Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, but same-day service may be available on request (subject to availability).

Q: Can I bring my own strings?
A: Yes — you're welcome to provide your own strings. We also offer a range of quality strings to choose from, including control and power-based options.


PAYMENTS & POLICIES

Q: How do I pay for coaching or stringing services?
A: We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major digital payment options. We'll confirm payment details when you book or drop off your racquet.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
