JUNIOR COACHES

Junior Coach Involvement – Building Leaders from Within

At Dellavedova Tennis, we proudly involve junior coaches — experienced students from within our own program — to assist in selected sessions when needed. This initiative is about more than just helping hands; it’s about developing future leaders, strengthening community ties, and giving our players the chance to grow on and off the court.

By stepping into a coaching support role, these young athletes gain:

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Real-world coaching experience
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Improved communication and leadership skills
  • ๐Ÿ”„ A deeper understanding of the sport through teaching
  • ๐Ÿ’ก A chance to explore whether coaching could be part of their future

For younger players in the program, seeing familiar faces in leadership roles helps foster stronger connections, role modelling, and a more inclusive learning environment.

It’s just one of the ways Dellavedova Tennis builds not just better players — but better people.
