Our front gate is on Mueller St, Yarralumla.  Free parking is available in the club carpark (also off Mueller St).

When you book, you should get an email and an SMS with a PIN code for the front gate.  Type in the PIN and press the "enter" arrow, then push the gate firmly to open.  You will know the PIN has worked if the green light comes on in the PIN pad.

If the green light comes on, but the gate doesn't open, push harder!  If the green light doesn't come on, there is a problem with your booking.  Please call us and we'll try to get you access to the courts.

Please ensure the gate is closed when you leave the club.

How long does the system take to register my booking?

It can take up to 30 minutes for your PIN to activate after you've made a booking, so it's best to avoid last-minute bookings.

Some bookings work within 5-10 minutes, so you might get lucky!  

When can I access the courts?

If you make a booking sufficiently in advance, the PIN code will work from about 10 minutes before your booking.

What if the gate is already open when I get there?

During daylight hours, it's not essential to enter your PIN code if the gate is already open.  If you want the lights to come on, it is essential to use your PIN.  The lights will not come on without a PIN code!

If the lights are on when you get to the courts, don't be fooled - you must enter your PIN!  If the lights are on, that will be from the previous booking, and they will go off about 15 minutes into your booking.  Once the lights go off, you can re-start them with your PIN code, but they take about 20 minutes to warm up!
