How to handle an injured player:
Affiliated clubs within the Mid-Week Women's Grasscourt Tennis Association are covered by Tennis Australia's Public Liability and Personal Accident insurance. Should a player injure themselves during a match, association and competition rules will apply. It is recommended that a report of the incident is made at the time of the accident. If the injury is severe a claim can be made directly to Howden via: https://www.howdengroup.com/au-en/tennis-australia.
For more information on Tennis Australia's Insurance please click the above the link to Howden.
Please note that only Tennis SA affiliated clubs/association can claim through Howden. To ensure that all requirements of Tennis Australia's insurance policy are met, individual members are to be registered in their club's membership database.
