Jessica is the Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) for the Whittlesea Tennis & Pickleball Club.

The MPIO provides a safe and confidential point of contact for members who may have concerns about behaviour within the club.

The MPIO’s role is to listen, provide information and guide members through the appropriate processes if they experience or witness issues such as:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Bullying or intimidation
• Inappropriate behaviour
• Child safety concerns
• Any conduct that makes someone feel unsafe or uncomfortable within the club environment

The MPIO does not investigate complaints or make decisions, but can help members understand their options and support them in taking the next steps if needed.

Whittlesea Tennis & Pickleball Club is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all players, volunteers and visitors.

Members are encouraged to contact the MPIO if they have any concerns or would like confidential guidance.
