Only members of the tennis section can book courts and this is done through the court booking system maintained by the Mulgrave Country Club

Login to the Mulgrave Country Club website using your membership number (on your red membership card) and password.

If you know the date you want the quickest was to book a court is to click onto “Bookings”. Choose a court and date, and the booking page will appear for you to choose a time.

If you want to look at a greater range of dates, you can also see a 7-day view of court availability.

You see this by clicking on the member booking tab that is on top of the screen. Select the member booking black tab and then select tennis bookings – it will show you the screen view that will enable you to apply the filter and show all the next 7 days of availability.

What’s on When at Whites Lane Mulgrave Tennis Club in a Typical Week

Court availability during school terms can vary.  For example, our coach often runs programs with local schools during the day. Courts are generally free during school holidays, but school holiday clinics may be scheduled on some days. Availability also varies according to how many teams are playing home and away and where we are in the season i.e. at finals as teams get knocked out, more courts become available and between seasons there is good court availability. Look at the competition planner/schedule to see when those opportunities are available.

In addition, in the summer months more courts are generally available, as lights do not need to be used (we have only 4 out of 6 courts under lights).

Competition tennis and coaching take precedence for court use.
