UBTC Coach Karen Webber - Coaching Women & Girls (The Australian Sports Commission, ASC)
Upper Beaconsfield's head coach Karen Webber was fortunate enough to be involved in the Australian Sports Commission Coaching Women and Girls initiative. The #NoLimits Girls Squad was the focus of the study and how it creates such a safe and inclusive environment for girls!

Coaches and facilitators all have a responsibility to create environments where everyone feels welcome and included. The purpose of the project is to build the capability of coaches to create environments where women and girls feel safe, included and welcome.

These stories give coaches an insight to the unique experiences of womanhood and girlhood and how these experiences can be enhanced by coaches and facilitators who prioritise creating spaces which celebrate them as people and what they need.
