🎾 OPTION 1 - SQUAD TRAINING
🟡 Intermediate Level (C to B Level Squad)
Who it's for:
- Players currently competing and have done so for several seasons.
- Those ready to elevate their game with more focused training.
Focus Areas:
- Singles tactics, Enhanced technique, Match play scenarios, Longer court time, Team-based training
🔵 Advanced Level (B to A Level Squad)
Who it's for:
- Highly skilled players who’ve competed in tournaments.
- Those aiming to play more competitive tennis.
Additional Expectations:
- Coaching team determines readiness for this squad.
- Players aged 14–15 are encouraged to train weekly with adults outside regular squad sessions.
🕒 Session Format
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Frequency: One session per week (plus team training and junior match play)
- Group Size: 6 players per coach
- Training Includes: Match play, Tactical development, Fitness conditioning, Technical refinement
- Environment: High energy, team-oriented, and supportive
🎾 OPTION 2 – PRIVATE LESSONS
Elevate your game with private tennis lessons led by our expert, qualified coaches. Whether you're aiming to compete at tournament level or simply want to sharpen your skills, personalized coaching offers the fastest path to improvement.
Our sessions are designed to be:
- High energy
- Technically focused
- Fitness driven
We offer both private and semi-private lessons (1–2 students per coach), tailored specifically for:
- Aspiring competition players
- Active tournament players
OPTION 3 – FITNESS PROGRAMS
We offer a take-home fitness program designed to complement your on-court training. This program is simple, easy to follow, and tailored to enhance your game through focused footwork drills, running routines, targeted exercises, and strength training with weights. The goal is to help you feel more confident, move better, and build overall strength.
