*** Remember when booking to keep in mind sunset times which can get as early as 5:13pm in June, as we currently don't have the lights automated to come on during your timeslot if it's dark.
Fair Use of Court Booking System
Strathdale Park Tennis Club is committed to ensuring fair and equitable access to courts for all members.
To support this:
- Court bookings must accurately reflect the number of players using the court
- A single court booking is intended for standard play groups (2–4 players, with a maximum of 6 per court)
- Bookings must not be used to accommodate large groups or organised sessions without appropriate arrangements
- Members are required to use only the court(s) they have booked
- Courts that are not in use may still be reserved — please respect all bookings to avoid conflict
Private Events and Group Bookings
Members wishing to organise private events, competitions, or larger group activities must seek prior approval from the Committee. These activities require coordination to ensure they do not impact general member access and must not be arranged through standard individual court bookings.
Where these expectations are not met, the club reserves the right to review and suspend booking access.
