We have everything a tennis lover could ever ask for, an amazing community, 10 awesome concrete courts, fulfilling competitions, exciting events and an up to date Facebook page with everthing that happens at the club. The events we have at the club involve, Saturday pennant in the summer, Monday Ladies tennis, Night tennis all year round as well as professional coaching. The Stratford Tennis Club has a rich history going way back to the second half of the 18th century where the local tennis, cricket and football clubs were part of local churches. It continued this way until 1953 when the Stratford Bowling and Tennis Clubs were made. They had 3 tennis courts and 6 bowling rinks and stayed this way for a while. In the 1980s, the club moved to Pine Lodge Reserve where they built 6 tennis courts and an oval to play cricket or footy on. This is the current home of the Stratford Tennis Club. In 2020 the club added four more new tennis courts which added to our six, making it a total of ten courts.
