UPDATE ON COURT LIGHTING
The Somerville Tennis Club committee has been in regular contact with the Mornington Peninsula Shire, about a solution to our court lighting issue.
At our last face to face meeting on the 12th of June with Senior council staff and our Tennis Vic. representative, we were advised that the amount of funding required to reinstate lights at a number of clubs is being sought, and we should get an answer on the outcome of these negotiations in early July.
At that time we will get some indication of the scope of the project and the timeline for completion.

Our Club will be 120 years old in November 2023! Any historians out there that would be interested in looking into the Club's history?
Congratulations to Somerville / Somers Grand Slams for winning the 2023 B Grade Open Autumn Grand Final and
also to the Tripple Js' for winning the 2023 C Grade Mixed Autumn Grand Final.
It was great to see our kids with Steve on court at the Australian Open.
