Meredith Tennis Club is involved in the Geelong  Junior Competition.

The Junior Competition for the 2023/24 Summer season has three different competitions, Premier, Yellow Ball and Green Ball. Last season had 183 teams competing in 26 sections.  The Green Ball Sections 1-5 uses low compression green balls. All other sections will use new yellow balls. 

The Junior Competition format consists of four player teams with single sex sections (four girls or four boys) playing first to six games.  There is no tie break in Green Ball Sections 1 to 4. The single sex teams play six sets comprising four singles and two doubles. 

The Summer competitions run from 12th October to 29th March with a long break over the Christmas period.
