We are excited to announce that nominations are now open for all office bearer and general committee positions for the 2024/2025 term. This is your opportunity to get involved and contribute to the success of our club!

Our club relies on the dedication and hard work of volunteers to thrive and provide a welcoming environment for all tennis enthusiasts in our community. By volunteering, you not only contribute to the club's success but also have the opportunity to develop new skills, build relationships, and make a positive
impact.

MTC has adopted a management structure that separates the operational side of volunteering from the accountable decision-making process. This allows for more efficient decision-making while enabling volunteers to focus on their specific roles and responsibilities.

To be considered for election to the committee at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), please submit your nomination by sending a written notice to the Club Secretary no later than 12th July 2024. The written notice must include a statement by another member supporting your nomination.

You may nominate for one specified office bearer position, or one or few subcommittee roles. 

Please note that nominations not complying with the above requirements will not be eligible for election to the committee, unless nominated under special circumstances as per the club constitution.
