Maccabi Tennis Club has applied for a new lease from Glen Eira Council as our current lease ends in October 2025. We have been notified that Glen Eira Council will be recommending granting a new 9-year lease to Maccabi Tennis Club. Lease renewal will allow us to move ahead with planned upgrades, including installing new LED lights on Courts 5–8 to increase night-time capacity and court resurfacing to improve playing conditions. These infrastructure upgrades and improvements are subject to council approval, a new lease in place and may require an additional source of funding.

MTC is also focusing on growing participation among women and girls and is hopeful of fielding new Sunday Pennant teams next year.
