2025 Long Island Tennis Club Membership Renewal Form
Our Membership Renewal is now fully automated on line.
Please note if you are putting additional family members you will need to create a new form online for each family member.
For the purpose of creating a simple database could you please use family name of paying member and place any other surname in brackets.
- Individual Adult - $120 per annual
- Family - $200 per annum
- Junior - $60 (up to 18 years) per annum
- Social Member – (Non playing) $30 per annum
- Key Deposit - $20 (until key returned)
