The Longford Tennis Club organises several tournaments and pennants throughout the year:
- Club Mixed Doubles Tournament: Sunday 15th September 2024
- Open Ladies Doubles Tournament: Sunday 13th October 2024
- Men's Singles Club Championship: Sunday 10th November 2024
- Ladies Singles Club Championship: Sunday 17th November 2024
- Junior Club Tournament: Sunday 24th November 2024
- Open Mixed Doubles Tournament: 23rd March 2025
- Open Men's Doubles Tournament: 6th April 2025
- Fast4 Tournament: To be confirmed
Pennants
The Club has a Tuesday night mixed doubles roster, usually running from February to May, and again from September to December. Starting date for 2024 is 3rd September.
The club has 2 teams entered in the Ladies Midweek pennant from September to April each year.
During the winter months (until end of August) there is ladies social tennis on a Wednesday (weather permitting), commencing around 10 am. Hot soup and bread is provided for lunch for a small charge.
