The Club is excited to be the recipient of $9,000 from the 2022/23 Community Grants Program run by the South Gippsland Shire Council.  A total of $130,000 was distributed in round 1 of the grants program to projects and events around South Gippsland.  

The grant will be used to start the clay court upgrade program for 4 of the Club’s 8 en tous cas tennis courts.  Further funding will be provided by the Club directly to complete the first part of this major upgrade project.

The project will consist of replacing the playing surface and 20 mm base of the 4 courts and will be carried out around the April-May 2023 period.  The courts will not be available for play for about 4 weeks during the works.

The Club acknowledges the amazing volunteer efforts of a number of committee members in preparing the submissions and planning for this grants program.
