The Leongatha Tennis Club is an incorporated association.  The Club operates under the model rules set by Consumer Affairs Victoria based on the Associations Incorporated Reform Act 2012.  A copy of the model rules are available here. 

The Club is affiliated with Tennis Victoria and as such the Club works under the guidelines set forth by Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria.   The relevant governance documents are available online via these links to Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria.
