Coaching

Lift your game with friendly, professional coaching at Lang Lang Tennis Club.

Programs

Hot Shots (Ages 4–12)

Play-based lessons using modified nets, softer balls and smaller courts so kids learn faster and love the game from day one. Stages: Red, Orange, Green with clear progress pathways into competition.

Junior Coaching & Squads (Ages 8–18)

Technical fundamentals, footwork, tactics and match play. Squads group players by level to build confidence, resilience and competition readiness for local fixtures and tournaments.

Adult Coaching

Welcoming sessions for beginners through to advanced. Master serves, returns and reliable rallying, then refine patterns of play, shot selection and point construction.

Cardio Tennis

High-energy, music-driven workout on court. Burn calories, boost footwork and have a blast—no experience required. Great cross-training for all sports.

Private & Small-Group Lessons

Targeted skill development with video feedback and personalised drills. Ideal for accelerated improvement or specific goals (serve, backhand, net play, match strategy).

Multi-day school-holiday programs combining skills, match play and games—perfect for sharpening up before the new term or competition season.
