CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 2025 KPTC Club Championships will be held on Sunday afternoons May 4th and 18th.

•    Subject to the number of entries per playing category the format will consist of Round Robin matches on the first Sunday followed by Semi and Grand Finals on the second Sunday.
•    Round Robin matches will consist of a single tiebreaker set.
•    Depending on time available, Semi Finals and Finals will be two sets and if tied a 10 point match tiebreak (first to ten with 2 point margin). Otherwise they will be one set.
•    There will be finger food and the bar will be open.

The playing categories are:

Junior Singles (ages as of 18th May, 2025)
Category 1 - Boys under 19 years of age.
Category 2 - Girls under 19 years of age
Category 3 - Boys under 16 years of age
Category 4 - Girls under 16 years of age
Category 5 - Boys under 13 years of age
Category 6 - Girls under 13 years of age
Category 7 – Green ball 

Adults
Mens Singles
Ladies Singles
Mens Doubles 
Ladies Doubles
Mixed Doubles

The objective of the Club Championships are:
1.    Players get to play a number of matches irrespective of results
2.    Players get a taste of tournament playing conditions in a relaxed environment

Entry is open to all currently registered members of the club.
Entry is free of charge for juniors, $10 for adult singles and $5 for each adult in doubles.
Trophies will be presented to all category winners and runners up.
