The annual membership fee at Kingsbury Tennis Club is great value for money, being one of the lowest in the North East Region.

Family,Adult and Junior memberships  is for 12 months from the date of joining. A Joining fee is no longer applicable.

Members playing compeition are invoiced in Feb and August and will cover membership where applicable and the cost of balls and lights.

 Members are reminded that non-members or guests/visitors using the courts a fee of $3 per hour is applicable.

Membership includes Insurance for injury when playing tennis, team registration if playing competition, but does not include the cost of balls or uniform. A nominal cost for teams playing under the lights is levied each season. Day time usage of the courts is free but a fee applies when lights are utilised in the evenings.

Membership categories are as follows:

Family-Adults Juniors.  12 Months from date of application. A Guest fee is payable after 3 visits during your membership year, this will be strictly monitored.

How do you become a club member?

We are proudly supported by the City of Darebin, the facilities are there to be used for your enjoyment and pleasure. As a club we are responsible for the management of the facilities and to maintain a high standard we are required to levy a responsible fee. We also work in close conjuction with Tennis Victoria to further enhance the enjoyment of your tennis experience.

Our promise to you!

Kingsbury Tennis Club, is affiliated with Tennis Victoria, offers all members and players who use the courts personal accident cover.

Personal Injury Cover is provided to the registered players and volunteers of a tennis body who are appropriately registered with Tennis Victoria. Under the new affiliation model there is no additional cost to register players.

In the event of a claim being made, Tennis Victoria is required to confirm to the insurer that the player was eligible for coverage at the time of injury, and such confirmation will only occur automatically when the date of registration with Tennis Victoria is prior to the date of injury. Please note that technically the coverage is in place from the point in time that we tennis body and the player make the agreement that they will be registered, but if TV registration does not occur prior to any injury occurring  additional verification (e.g. a statutory declaration, evidence of the transaction etc) prior to approving eligibility for coverage.
