Important Information
KEY DATES FOR 2025/26 SEASON
• Start date: 11th October
• Christmas break: We will play on the 13th of December and then break after that.
• Restart- Friday 9th Jan, Saturday 10th
• No game on 24th January (Australia Day weekend)
• Grand final: 28th February
• 15 rounds total.
• 3 Friday night matches in the new year.
• Grand Final at Talgarno
• The KTDTA AGM will be on the 1st of September (venue to be confirmed).
• Teams must be entered into the Match Centre by the 15th of September

All you need to know about MATCH CENTRE & COMPETITIVE PLAYER PROFILE (Tennis ID & UTR activation)
This season, the Association is trialling a New Results System called 'Match Centre' — Match Centre is the central platform for team tennis results in Australia. You can find all your teams, results, matches, ladders and statistics in one place just one click away.

1. We have 13 clubs registered with the Association.
2. The 2024/25 session starts Saturday, 12th October.
3. Section 1 & 2 teams will comprise three (3) men and three (3) women.
4. Section 1 men, women and mixed will all play eight (8) game sets with a tie-breaker at 7 all.
5. Section 2 men, women and mixed will all play six (6) game sets with a tie-breaker at 5 all.
7. No play on the Australia Day Long Weekend, i.e. Friday 24th and Saturday 25th January 2025.
8. 2024/25 Executive. A new committee will be in place for the 2025/26 season.
9. Club team managers' names and contact information should have been sent to the Association by now. Email to <ktdtennisassoc@gmail.com>.
Introduction
In 2008, the Kiewa & Talgarno Districts Tennis Association was formed as a merger between the Kiewa & District Tennis Association and the Talgarno & District Tennis Association.
The Association is run by a dedicated and tennis-knowledgeable executive who is supported by representatives of all member clubs. All these volunteers love community and tennis and work to continue the ongoing development of the Association.
The Association comprises 13 teams and plays a Pennant Competition with 17 rounds, plus a semi-final and grand final from October to March.
Sections 1 and 2 are our senior competitions, and Sections 3 and 4 are our junior competitions.
SENIORS
Sections 1 and 2 play on Saturday afternoons starting at 1:00 pm in the rounds before Christmas and Friday nights at 7:00 pm sharp in the rounds after Christmas.
Registration fees for Sections 1 and 2 teams are $80 per team.
JUNIORS
Sections 3 and 4 play on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am.
Registration fees for Sections 3 or 4 teams are $60 per team.
Several clubs have inter-club competitions on other days of the week. If you are interested in these competitions, please contact the clubs.
The Association welcomes new players to teams and new teams and clubs to the competition.
The 2024/25 Competition Season starts mid-October 2024.
