• President — Earle Mason (Allans Flat)
• Vice President  — Angela Nevin-Lewis (Granya) — immediate past president.
• Secretary — Claire Lucas-Gear (Bethanga)
• Treasurer — Gill Harrowfield (Mount Beauty)

• League Manager Officer — In conjunction with Tennis Victoria, works out the Draw for the season. For 2025/26 Bisri Mohammad (Bethanga) is the manager.

1. The officer bearers of the Association shall consist of 

• President, 
• Vice-President, 
• Secretary,
• Treasurer

———On a rotating basis (one per club), each for a term of 2 years ———

2. The appointments shall be ratified at the Annual General Meeting, and they shall not enter upon their respective offices until the termination of that meeting.
