Complaints

Our club prides itself on being inclusive and friendly, and members generally feel accepted and welcome at social tennis days and other club events.

However, if a member feels they have been treated badly, or another person within the club has behaved inappropriately towards them or anyone else, we have a comprehensive complaints process which is consistent with Tennis NSW guidelines.

If a member wishes to make a complaint, their first point of contact should be

Greg Gillespie, the Member Protection Information Officer.

His role is to support the complainant in deciding how best to proceed with the complaint, and discuss the options available to resolve the complaint.

Greg can be contacted by:

  • using the Contact form on the Contact page
  • email: katoombatc@gmail.com
  • phone: 0490201903
  • speaking with Greg at social tennis

Our complaints procedure is detailed in Section 10 of the Member Protection Policy (MPP), The Code of Conduct (Attachment 1 of the MPP) and Section 7 of the club constitution.
