All annual subscription fees are pro-rata from date of joining for first time members and include registration with Tennis NSW.

Definitions:
Adult: A person who is 18 years or older as at the beginning of the membership year (1st July).

Youth: A person who is 15, 16 or 17 years old as at the beginning of the membership year (1st July).

Child: A person who is not an adult as at the beginning of the membership year (1st July).

With the exception of youth memberships, children may not apply to become members, but are welcome to play for no fee if they are playing with a member who is their parent, guardian or grandparent.

There are no free memberships, as our constitution requires the payment of fees to enter and remain on the membership register.

Court usage rules:

Members may hire a court (subject to availability) and play tennis without incurring a fee.

A person who is not an adult may play without incurring a fee if they are playing with a parent or grandparent who is a member.

A youth who wishes to play without their parent or grandparent may apply to become a youth member, or may hire a court at the non-member price.

OTHER FEES:
Social Day Ball Fund	$2 which can be paid on the day of play, or,can be paid in advance up to 6 months, or, can be paid monthly in arrears immediately after the end of each month.
Visitor’s Fees – ie non-members playing with members	$8 per non-member (The member is responsible for payment)
Public Court Hire Rate (see Booking Tab)	$20 per court per hour.
Social Tennis- Non Member	$10 flat fee.(inclusive of ball fee)
Ball Machine use	$6 for 1-2 players, and $3 extra for each additional player.
