It is with sadness that I write to inform you of the passing of one of our life members, Danny Whitford.  Danny had been in respite care since Christmas and passed away last week.  He was a member of the club since the late seventies and will be remember for his sense of humour, tennis ability and for the amount of work he did for the club as a committee member and vice president.  Danny`s funeral was held today at Napier Park.  It will also be streamed on his facebook page.
