Events Summary
We hold three events annually that provide structured competitive play.
1. The first is the Hobart Out Tennis (HOT) tournament as part of the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) World Tour. The 2024 edition just finished on 14 January. This is a weekend of knockout/round robin play covering graded singles, doubles womens' singles and 45+ doubles.
2. Our second competition is a HOT Winter Compass Event, which will be held over a weekend, with doubles on the Saturday and Singles on a Sunday. The 2023 edition was held on Sat 22 (doubles) and Sun 23 (singles) July. This weekend is designed to be more socially-oriented, with every player guaranteed 3-4 matches each day. 3. Our third event is an AGM doubles day where players rotate with different partners from set to set. See our AGM Doubles page for more information!
