Senior competition is played in both Summer and Winter seasons with Doubles (Doubles only matches played) and either Mixed or Men’s only or Women’s only (Singles and Doubles matches played) competitions.

Play commences on Saturday afternoons at 1.00pm.

Winter Season 2022

HVTC are currently looking for players to play in the upcoming winter Pennant season. 

Start of season – May 7th
Byes on June 11th for long weekend and July 16th for school holidays
End of regular season –  August 20th
Finals two week series – August 27th and September 3rd

Summer Season 2021-22

The upcoming Summer season will commence on Saturday October 9.

Each team will receive a folder with the team sheets and an order of merit for your team prior to the season commencing. Season details –

Senior Season –

• Start of season, Sat 9 October
• Last match before Christmas 11 December
• Break after 11 December, and returning on 29 January
• Last round to be on 5 March
• Finals to be run over 2 weekends commencing 19 March with Grand Final on 26 March
• Matches will not be played over the Adelaide Cup Long Weekend – March 12

Fees

Fees to play Summer Season 2021-22 are $195 per player, $95 for HVTC Juniors playing seniors, or $115 for concession (including students and Senior Card holders) and ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 20. Fill in fees are $70 for the season for any player playing 5-7 games. You can pay by cash or by EFTPOS on Saturdays at the Club or you can direct deposit your fees into the Happy Valley Tennis Club account – BSB no. – 085-741  Account no. –  205-068-092. Account name – Happy Valley Tennis Club. Please put the players name in the reference/description.
